Every P3 weekend is facilitated by two instructors who have a minimum of two years of training.
Additionally, every P3 weekend has at least one licensed therapist instructing or supervising.
Josh Magro, LMHC
Josh Magro is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and international workshop presenter. Josh has worked in the personal growth field for over a decade and currently runs a practice with the Center for the Healing Arts in Winter Park, FL. Josh is a firm believer in the ability to heal and grow beyond any emotional pain.
He is known in the community for his dedication to the healing process and compassion for others. With his unique experience, personality, and charisma, he empowers individuals to live life more course . He uses his deep understanding of depression, anxiety, and trauma to connect with others and help them overcome obstacles.
Josh holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. He is trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, Neurotherapy and clinical hypnosis. Josh's concentrated specialties include Neurofeedback (also known as brain mapping), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Parts Therapy, Couples Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, and Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA).

Helen Keeling-neal, ma
Helen Keeling-Neal is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in private practice in Winter Park. Helen uses an internal/external systemic approach to healing, believing change happens in relationship--with self, and others--in a safe space.
Helen is known for her ability to create safety for individuals, families and couples so they can connect with and share the most vulnerable parts of themselves, while being supported in an environment of respect and loving kindness.
Helen has a B.A. from UCF, in Radio/TV Production and an M.A. from Rollins College in Mental Health Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy. Helen is trained in Mindfulness practices, Systemic Training for Effective Parenting, EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Traumatic Grief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Helen is passionate about the emotional jumpstart P3 provides to those who take the course.

Geraldine "GeeGee" Gomez, LMHC
Geraldine Gomez (GeeGee) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has a passion for helping people achieve balance and harmony, first with themselves, then with their world. Through her career she has helped teens, adults and young adults learn how to create healthy relationships, establish proper boundaries, incorporate self-care into their everyday lives, and become in-tune with their feelings, needs and wants.
She uses a client-centered approach that combines her experience in EMDR, Gottman, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to treat anxiety, grief, life transition, women’s issues, personal growth and co-dependency. She does this all with a nurturing, safe and encouraging demeanor that promotes healing, confidence and hope.
She holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors in Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida. She is also trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, and Gottman Therapy.

Delene Cole is a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in the field of personal relationships and family dynamics for over 25 years. Instructing teen relationship camps for over 18 years and being a mother of 5 insures both her practical approach as well as a professional one.
Specializing in Integrated Medical and Mental Health, she blends her mental health practice with a functional medical practice for a multi modal complimentary approach. With a Master’s degree in
Marriage and Family Therapy, degrees in Human Development and Nursing, she embraces learning as a path to change. Certified in Internal Family Systems, in Clinical Hypnotherapy, DBT, and trained in Family Systems, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy, and a seasoned facilitator running groups in SoulCollage®, and Non Violent Communication practice groups.
For years she was on the board of INCAF and trained trainers to teach Adlerian based parenting classes. Having written the curriculum and taught seminars for Couples, for Personal Growth and Emotional Literacy, for Teams and for professionals, Delene has been active in group facilitation since 1994.

Dr. Charlene Sears
Charlene Sears is an International Director of Research & Development where she focuses on evidence-based treatment modalities for criminal justice involved individuals, and is also a Professor of Psychology. She also provides personal and organizational development consultation and conducts workshops on a variety of topics. She has worked passionately in the behavioral health arena for nearly 30 years and considers this work her life’s mission.
Charlene attended the University of Massachusetts/Boston majoring in Human Services Management, receiving her Bachelor Degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Masters degree in Psychology from National Louis University. She completed her doctoral studies in Organizational Psychology at Walden University and is a Certified Addictions Professional and an International Board Certified Addictions Counselor.
Charlene has numerous publications including the book “When Relationships Hurt: 52 Ways to Heal”. She has faced many barriers and overcome tremendous obstacles and she finds honor and gratitude in the opportunities to educate, empower, and motivate others!

Adam McCracken, PhD
Adam McCracken earned his Bachelor and Master degrees in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He then earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Adam has over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services with children, adolescents and adults across varied and unique settings including residential treatment, crisis hospitalization, community mental health, university counseling, transitional living, and independent private practice.
In addition to providing assessment and psychotherapy to private practice clients, Adam is passionate about teaching personal growth workshops with P3 and has had the pleasure of instructing courses for children, teens, and adults over the last 10 years.

Bert graduated from the University of Iowa in Communications and has spent over 20 years facilitating many personal growth courses. Throughout his career as a trainer, he has developed classes on Conflict Management, Teambuilding, Leadership, Customer Service, Anger Management, Listening, Resume Writing, Interviewing, EEO Laws, Workplace Etiquette,and many others.
Bert facilitated a personal growth course based on Adlerian psychology after going through a rigorous 2-year training program several years ago in Austin, Texas. Currently Bert facilitatesthese courses in the Orlando area for P3.
Over the years his skill as a facilitator has taken him to Israel to conduct courses in the personal growth field. He brings a warm sense of humor and fun to all of his workshops as well as a dose of reality and wisdom.

Jarmela "Mela" Carter
Jarmela “Mela” Carter is a Registered Mental Health Intern who has specializes in working with individuals that have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness such as Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Stress Management. Jarmela Is also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained to work with individuals that have suffered a trauma.
Jarmela used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in changing unhelpful or unhealthy habits of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy involves the use of practical self-help strategies which are designed to affect positive and immediate changes in quality of life.
Jarmela obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Psychology from Purdue University in Indiana, and obtained her Master of Arts with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota. Jarmela will be licensed with the State of Florida in May of 2018.

Vicki O’Grady is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and accomplished workshop presenter. Vicki has worked in the fields of mental health, addictions, eating disorders and personal growth beginning in the late 70’s. She has been in private practice since 1989 in Maitland, Florida and has traveled throughout the United States and Israel presenting personal growth courses, workshops and seminars.
